Return & Refund Policy

Due to the artisanal and hygiene-sensitive nature of our Personal Care Sets, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the tamper-evident seal has been broken or the product has been delivered. This ensures that every Maison Botaniqa customer receives a pristine, untouched botanical experience.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: In accordance with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, if your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will provide a full replacement or refund for any verified faults.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for a change of mind once the order has been dispatched.

What exactly is in the kit?

Each kit is approximately (~) 225g composition of:

  • ~150g Himalayan Salt: High-mineral, raw crystals.

  • ~30g Royal Rose: Whole dried petals.

  • ~15g Lavender: Aromatic French buds.

  • ~15g Chrysanthemum: Yellow whole-blooms.

  • ~15g Verbena: Cut and sifted leaves.

How many uses does one kit provide?

The ~225g net volume is designed for 3 to 5 premium rituals. For a lighter aromatic experience, use two tablespoons in the provided mesh bag. For a deep, immersive "Maison" ritual, you may use a more generous portion.

Botanical Integrity & Pollen Advisory

Maison Botaniqa products are a celebration of nature in its rawest form. Our Royal Rose, Lavender, Chrysanthemum, and Verbena are dried as whole blooms to preserve their textural beauty and aromatic potency.

Our raw, unrefined ingredients are food grade and naturally PFAS-free, meeting the highest 2026 NZ EPA purity standards.

However, while our ingredients meet food-grade purity, this product is curated specifically for aromatic bath rituals and is not for ingestion.

Because these botanicals are minimally processed, natural pollen is present within the mixture. If you or your guests have known sensitivities to floral pollen or specific botanical families, we advise caution. Please utilise the provided miniature muslin bags to conduct a small-scale 'aromatic test' in a basin before proceeding with a full immersion ritual.
