Returns & Refunds Policy
At Maison Botaniqa, we curate artisanal botanical compositions designed for personal
wellness and sanctuary. Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products and the
use of raw, food-grade materials, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the safety and
purity of every kit delivered.
1. No-Return Policy
In accordance with New Zealand health and safety standards for personal care
products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind once an
order has been dispatched.
2. Product Integrity & Tamper Seals
To guarantee that our botanicals remain uncontaminated, any item with a broken
tamper-evident seal, removed linen ties, or opened internal packaging is strictly
ineligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances.
3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your ritual kit arrives damaged or is not as described, we will honor our obligations
under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
Please notify us via the contact form within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photographic evidence of the damage to the external shipping box and
the internal product.
Verified claims will be issued a replacement of the identical item. Refunds are
only offered if a replacement is unavailable.
4. Allergens & Sensitivities
As our blends contain whole-bloom flowers and natural pollen, we provide miniature
muslin testing bags in every kit. Maison Botaniqa is not liable for allergic reactions if
the user proceeds without conducting the recommended patch test. The user assumes
all responsibility for checking ingredient compatibility before use.
