1. Our Shipping Partner To ensure your botanical rituals arrive safely and swiftly, all Maison Botaniqa orders are dispatched via NZ Post. We utilize tracked courier services to provide you with peace of mind from our sanctuary to yours.
2. Delivery Timeframes (New Zealand Wide) We hand-pack our kits in small batches to maintain freshness, the below timeline is indicative in regards to the NZ Post processing, however we commit on the order processing.

Order Processing: 1–2 business days.

Standard North Island: 1–3 business days post-dispatch.

Standard South Island: 2–4 business days post-dispatch.

Rural Delivery (RD): Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural addresses.
3. Shipping Rates

4. Tracking Your Ritual Once your order is collected by NZ Post, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time via the NZ Post tracking portal.
5. Boutique & Airbnb Hosting Orders For host accounts and larger boutique orders, we recommend allowing a 5-business-day lead time to ensure your guest sanctuary is never without its signature Maison touch.
6. International Shipping Currently, Maison Botaniqa exclusively services New Zealand addresses. We are committed to minimising our carbon footprint and supporting our local community first.
7. Unclaimed or Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. Maison Botaniqa (CMI Holdings Limited) is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses or items returned to sender due to non-collection. A re-delivery fee will apply in these instances.
